Orders, Delivery and Returns

Products and Ordering

i. Payment Methods

We accept debit and credit card payments through Paypal checkout. You do not need a Paypal account to be able to place an order.

ii. Amendments and Cancellations

If you need to amend or cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched, please get in touch via our contact page.

Orders that have already been sent out can not be amended or cancelled but you may return unwanted items for a refund. Please refer to the Returns section below for details.

iii. Stock Levels

We may restock items that are in particular demand but as a small business we generally only create limited amounts of our products. As such, we cannot guarantee that any one item will be available again after it has sold out.

Delivery

i. General Delivery Information

Although things are a little complicated at the moment, we're pleased to be able to offer worldwide shipping. All orders are sent using Royal Mail, which we aim to dispatch within two days of payment.

Orders sent outside of the UK may be subject to import tax, customs duties or other fees imposed by the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying these fees and we cannot verify what they will be prior to shipping

ii. Delivery Options

While we offer flat-rate shipping for almost all orders, please note that particularly heavy products, such as large books, might be subject to additional fees. This will be marked clearly in the product listing and available to review at checkout.

iii. Delivery Issues

If your delivery hasn't arrived or has arrived damaged, please get in touch via our contact page for assistance.

While most services are running well, please note that delivery times are approximate and allow a few extra days for your order to arrive.

Returns

i. Return Policy

We hope you love our products but if you are not completely satisfied then you can return your items for a full refund. We will provide returns labels for damaged or incorrect orders so you can return your items free of charge.

If you have changed your mind about an item then you may still return it but we request that you cover the return postage costs.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery but please, if you can, let us know as soon as possible after your order has arrived.

ii. Return Process

If you need to request a refund, please do so through our contact page. If your refund request is due to a damaged or incorrect order, we will provide you with a free shipping label to return your goods. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund which you should receive within a few days.
